Our Vision

The RRC way is a unique, holistic approach to community development that supports residents as well as the physical and spiritual components of community. The RRC way creates vibrant, diverse communities that serve as models nationally and internationally.

Our Approach

RRC is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit community development corporation established in 1989 by the Reynoldstown Civic Improvement League, the community's 50-year old civic organization. The RRC Way begins with understanding that a community is much more than sticks and bricks. Rather, "community" is a people, a set of socio-economic experiences, an intersection of cultural values, a history with a vibrant present and a promising future. RRC's approach is to listen to and respect the nuances of these realities. And from there, to learn, acknowledge and address the concerns, hopes and dreams of this dynamic living body. By doing so, not only does RRC revitalize a community physically, but spiritually as well.
