Homebuyer workshops are provided free of charge to help potential hombuyers with what may be the largest purchase of their lives. Our class will provide you with information on:

• Mortgage Loan Process
• Home Inspection and Appraisal
• Credit Reports
• What to expect from a Realtor
• Down Payment Assistance
• Your Legal Rights
• Additional Educational Opportunties and more….

After the class we will you give you a voucher for your Homebuyer Education Certificate. Tell us who your lender is, and we will forward your Certificate directly to your lender prior to closing; no need to worry about giving your lender the certificate, we will do that for you. Lunch is provided.
